Why Singapore?

After regaining independence in 1965, Singapore is the country with one of the faster developing economy. For many years Singapore has been considered as a leader in creating friendly law system, ensuring safety of investments and economic freedom. As a general rule simple tax system fully exempts from taxation foreign income of companies and partly exempts income sourced in Singapore.

Despite a lack of cooperation with OECD and EU in scope of tax information exchange, Singapore concluded about 60 tax agreements (including one with Poland).
